My top 5 YouTubers you need to know as a woman in business in 2023.

YouTube is a great way to market your business and get your voice heard. It can also be a good way to lose an afternoon…

Procrastination aside, I love YouTube. It’s an excellent way for me to find ways to spark inspiration and passion. We can get so caught up in how we work day to day that sometimes all we need is to listen to someone different.

Let’s draw attention to YouTube accounts that I think give women in business the attention and support they need. Here are my top 5. 💫

Marie Forleo

Marie is brimming with positivity and good vibes. She discusses various topics, from business ideas to life goals, financial freedom to being a better woman.

She (like me) doesn’t believe that having a job is the most important thing in life. It’s about harmony– balancing life, family, and work are all vitally important things as a woman.

We have so many stresses on our time that we need all the tools in the book to help us manage it better and more effectively. And Marie gets it. 🧙‍♀️

Clever girl finance

Another amazing resource for women in business. Massive props to the host Bola Sokunbi – she’s a black female entrepreneur on a mission to empower and educate women to achieve greatness in whatever they do.

I love her tone and charm, and she brings so much enthusiasm and clarity to the topics. They’re informative and entertaining in equal measure.

She also has her own podcast, ‘The Clever Girl Knows Podcast’ which opens up honest and real conversations about finance-based topics with women of all creeds and backgrounds.

Nischa

With her no-nonsense, fast-paced advice, London-based banker Nischa is another woman of colour who knows what’s what when it comes to financing. She’s sharp and witty, and effectively tackles big topics with minimal fluff.

She’s not afraid to speak her mind on all kinds of topics – from personal finance, things to buy, and even what to avoid when buying a car. She’s the kind of person you’d love to spend an hour talking to about where she got to where she is.

For Nishcha, it’s not just about business – it’s about everything life throws your way and getting yourself in a position to achieve all your goals, not just focusing on one.

TEDx

Everyone knows about TED talks, but I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention TEDx. TEDx is more independent and allows speakers from anywhere to voice their thoughts on a TED-style platform.

Quite simply, there isn’t a better resource for informative topics and inspiration on YouTube.

With lecturers from all over the world giving out lessons and ideas (for free) it’s a fantastic resource for anyone who wants to learn and grow as a person and business owner, not just as a woman.

Kara Bookkeeping Specialists… me!😎

Very cheeky of me to include my own YouTube channel in this post, but if you can’t shout about your own work, who can?

I love to post about all kinds of things, from planning for business success to the books I’m reading, and just giving you updates on my business.

It’s a place where I can get my thoughts out and share them with you, my potential clients, and fellow women in business.
